Providing Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapy in Mount Pleasant

Our Mount Pleasant clinic provides state-accredited therapy services to families in Mount Pleasant and the Greater Racine County.

Our therapists are specialized in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal, or acquired disorders. For instance, we focus on improving gross and fine motor skills, balance and coordination, strength and endurance as well as cognitive and sensory processing/integration.

In conclusion, we empower children by improving their mobility skills and granting them independence to participate in all activities at home, school, and in the community!

Our occupational therapists work in collaboration with parents, caregivers, teachers, or the children themselves to develop functional goals within a variety of occupations meaningful to the child.

In other words, we take into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of a child’s underlying skills, whether they are physical, cognitive, or emotional, as well as the context and environmental demands they may face.

We help our patients communicate effectively by improving their verbal and non-verbal language skills.

Specifically, our speech-language pathologists work on things like feeding or swallowing, articulating sounds, speech, using words, phrases and sentences to communicate, understanding information, organizing information, or regulating behavior.
